Pilates yapan ve yapmayan bayanlar\u0131n farklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015fardan da g\u00f6zlemlemek de \u00e7ok kolay. Siz pilates e\u011fitimi almaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z zaman \u00e7evrenizdekiler hemen sizde bir de\u011fi\u015fim oldu\u011funu farkedecektir.
