Hareketlerin de buna g\u00f6re se\u00e7ilmesi gerekiyor&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilates ile bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na son<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilek Hoca, Bat\u0131kent&#8217;in pilates i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a ilgi \u00e7ekici bir yer oldu\u011funu ve Bat\u0131kent Pilates salonlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yer edindiklerini vurgulayarak, &#8220;Biz, Bat\u0131kent&#8217;te pilates yapmak isteyip de bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan \u00fcyelerimize \u00f6zel programlar uyguluyoruz. Madame Pilates&#8217;teki \u00fcyelerimize doktorlar\u0131ndan ald\u0131klar\u0131 tavsiyelerine g\u00f6re destekleyici programlar haz\u0131rl\u0131yoruz. G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayattaki a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 pilatesle gideriyoruz.&#8221; dedi. Pilates egzersizlerini yaparken, beli ve omurgay\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek hareketlere \u00f6nem verdiklerini dile getiren Dilek Hoca, &#8220;Bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar\u0131n durumuna g\u00f6re bak\u0131yoruz. \u0130leri derecedeyse \u00f6zel derse al\u0131yoruz. \u00c7ok fazla de\u011filse bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar 2-3 ki\u015filik grup derslerine de kat\u0131labiliyor. Normal \u00fcyelerle birlikte de aletli pilates yapabiliyoruz. Sadece pozisyon ve hareketlere dikkat ediyoruz. Bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlara ders sonlar\u0131nda \u00f6zel e\u011fzersizler yapt\u0131r\u0131yoruz&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc aktard\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 olup da aletli reformer pilates yapanlar\u0131n 4-5 dersten sonra a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve 8-10 ders sonra ise kesin sonu\u00e7 almaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Dilek Hoca,  \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8220;Omurgada inan\u0131lmaz sonu\u00e7lar al\u0131yoruz. Omurgan\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki blokajlar uzuyor. Omurgan\u0131n duru\u015fu de\u011fi\u015fiyor.  Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bele sinirlerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131 azal\u0131yor ve 4-5 ders sonra \u00fcyeler rahatlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.  <br>Bel kaslar\u0131 da g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz oluyor. Omurgan\u0131n aras\u0131nda beli d\u00fcz tutan kaslar var. Onlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyoruz. \u00dcyenin  bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftiriyoruz ve tamamen ortadan kald\u0131ram\u0131yoruz diyemeyiz. Ki\u015filer aletli pilates yaparak a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131nda kurtulur ve daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir yap\u0131ya b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcr. Bu sayede de v\u00fccuda binen y\u00fck azal\u0131r.
