D\u00fczenli spor yapan insanlar\u0131n \u00e7ok daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, mutlu, huzurlu olduklar\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemine sahip olduklar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda say\u0131s\u0131z kez ispatland\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilates de ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 bir egzersizdir.
