Y\u00fczmeden k\u00fcrek \u00e7ekmeye halterden jimnasti\u011fe kadar farkl\u0131 spor dallar\u0131nda yapabilece\u011finiz bir\u00e7ok hareket pilates aletleri ile rahatl\u0131kla yap\u0131labiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz pilatesin babas\u0131 olan Joseph Pilates, belki de pilatesin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu kadar pop\u00fcler olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve insanlara fayda sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin etmemi\u015fti. Bir\u00e7ok internet sitesinde dergide ya da farkl\u0131 mecralarda &#8216;pilatesin 10 faydas\u0131, 5 hareketle pilates ile zay\u0131flama, 10 derste pilatesle sonu\u00e7 alma, pilates ile zay\u0131flama, pilates ile s\u0131k\u0131la\u015fma, pilates ile kilolardan kurtulma&#8217; gibi \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 konularda say\u0131s\u0131z kez a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve  yaz\u0131lar yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Yani pilatesin faydalar\u0131n\u0131 insan v\u00fccuduna yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkileri saymakla bitiremiyoruz.<\/p><cite>Joseph Pilates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilates bayanlar i\u00e7in \u00f6zel mi?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki pilatesi neden bayanlar daha \u00e7ok tercih ediyor ve aletli pilates yapmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor? Bunun asl\u0131nda tamamen bir alg\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmaz.  Joseph Pilates, pilatesi \u00f6ncelikle kendi v\u00fccudu i\u00e7in uygulamaya ge\u00e7irdi.
